Bellatrix & Buttercream needed more than a basic template website. The project involves developing the brand’s online presence around its own products, personality and customers, with a premium visual style and a straightforward ordering journey.

Supporting a fast-moving online community.
For more than five years, I have supported Teacher Tommy T’s TikTok Live shows, providing real-time moderation and helping to keep a large, highly active community welcoming, engaging and appropriate.
Live moderation is about much more than removing unwanted comments. It requires quick judgement, encouraging positive interaction, responding to situations as they develop and understanding the tone of the creator and their community. With Tom’s work closely connected to education, maintaining the right environment is particularly important.
I’ve continued to provide this support as Tom’s online presence has grown to reach millions of people across social media.
